Shrooms
Got a GREAT recipe for shrooms.... clean (DO NOT CUT) shrooms, then fill with a mixture of cream cheese, jalapinos, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. (fill shroom by adding mixture to a zip lock baggie and cut off the corner of the bag and use it like a pastry frosting bag to fill the body of the shroom)-then roll in egg and then flour. Put a toothpick down thru the stem to pinch it closed-fry in deep fat fryer till golden brown and enjoy!!!
